It's been almost 2 weeks after surgery and regardless the normal initial discomfort and accommodations associated with the procedure and healing, my overall experience with Hermest Hair Clinic was great; everything was thought through : free three days of hotel accommodation, free transportation, friendly and thoughtful staff, free post-op medication. Communication and support are also their strength, personal translator throughout the surgery, detailed information throughout and continuous dedicated personnel with friendly reminders. Already recommended to family, friends and co-workers.

Ich habe meine Haartransplantation bei der Hermest Hair Clinic in Istanbul durchführen lassen und bin bisher sehr zufrieden.

Von Anfang an war alles gut organisiert: Ich wurde pünktlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch der Fahrservice zwischen Hotel und Klinik war immer zuverlässig und freundlich. Das Hotel war erstklassig – sehr komfortabel und ideal, um sich vor und nach dem Eingriff zu erholen.

Am Tag der Transplantation war eine Dolmetscherin vor Ort, was den Ablauf deutlich erleichtert hat. Das gesamte Team in der Klinik war sehr freundlich und professionell. Auch ein Arzt war am Transplantationstag zwischendurch anwesend und hat den Eingriff kontrolliert.

Die Behandlung selbst war weitgehend schmerzfrei. Lediglich die Betäubung mit mehreren Spritzen in die Kopfhaut war unangenehm – aber das nach ein paar Minuten überstanden. Die Haartransplantation ist jetzt 10 Tage her, und ich bin mit dem bisherigen Ergebnis sehr zufrieden: Die neue Haarlinie sieht jetzt schon toll aus!

Die Nachsorge läuft unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Ich bekomme schnelle Antworten auf meine Fragen und fühle mich gut betreut – man wird definitiv nicht allein gelassen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Als Seitenschläfer war das Schlafen auf dem Rücken in den ersten Tagen eine echte Herausforderung.

Mein bisheriges Fazit: Ich würde es immer wieder machen. Gute Organisation, professionelle Betreuung und ein Ergebnis, das sich schon jetzt sehen lassen kann. Absolute Empfehlung!

Absolute Weiterempfehlung - Ich hatte meine OP am 9.Dezember 2022 - alles ist wie beschrieben abgelaufen, wir waren zu dritt-wurden am Flughafen abgeholt ins Hotel gebracht am nächsten tag wurden wir dann in die Klinik gebracht nochmals über den Ablauf aufgeklärt - bei mir hat der eingriff insgesamt 6Std gedauert (für 3000 Grafts), ich hatte keine Nennenswerten schmerzen während des Eingriffs.

Am darauf folgenden Tag wurde fer Verband entfernt und ich erhielt meine erste Kopfwäsche.

Uns wurde erklärt wie wir die ersten 10 tage die Kopfwäsche tätigen sollen, wir bekamen Vitamine, Shampoo sowie ein Masage Serum mit auf den Weg. Am selben Tag, wäre unser Abflug gewesen, wir haben aber dann spontan entschlossen unseren Aufenthalt um 3 Tage zu verlängern weil es so eine tolle Stadt ist und es viel zu sehen gibt

Aysegul has been of great help and assistance throughout my hair transplant process, explaining in detail all the procedures. Especially when I just finished the implant and was given a mirror to check myself if it was done symmetrically. I had a hair transplant procedure done at Hermest Hair Clinic in Istanbul on July 9th, and I can confidently say the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

When I arrived, I was picked up at the airport right on time and brought directly to the hotel. My stay there was very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was very good, that was a great start to each day.

On the day of the procedure, I was greeted at the clinic by my interpreter (whose name I unfortunately can't recall), but she was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions with patience. I truly appreciated her presence throughout the day.

The procedure itself went smoothly and without any issues. The team was clearly experienced, and I had no complaints whatsoever. Aftercare was just as smooth. I took it easy for about 10 days, and was impressed by the 24/7 follow-up support Hermest provided. Any questions or concerns I had were answered timely and professionally.

One thing I really appreciate is how open and honest they were with me. They told me upfront that my hair is naturally on the thinner side, and that I might possibly need a second transplant in the future to achieve my ideal density. to me, it shows they’re not just trying to sell you something, but genuinely want you to understand the process and have realistic expectations.

Although I haven’t started them yet, I purchased a package of PRF sessions from a local hair and skin clinic to help boost my recovery. When the doctor there examined my scalp, she told me the transplant looked very well done. She stated there is no sign of over-harvesting, the graft placement was excellent, and my hairline suits my face naturally.

Right now, I’m preparing for the expected shedding phase, but I feel mentally ready for it and optimistic about the results ahead. I plan to post an update in a few months to show how things are progressing.

Der erste Kontakt mit Emel war super freundlich und entspannt und hat ein ungezwungenes Miteinander geschaffen. Sie war im Endeffekt auch der Grund, warum ich mich für die Hermest Klinik entschieden habe.

Es wurde im alles im Vorhinein organisiert und super umgesetzt. Die Informationsweitergabe und der organisatorische Prozess war vollständig und der Transport immer pünktlich und zuverlässig.

Am Tag der OP wurde sich sehr gut um einen gekümmert. Die Dolmetscherin war super nett, das OP-Team war durchgehend ziemlich aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich super aufgehoben.

Post-OP Waschung am nächsten Tag war ebenfalls sehr gut und emphatisch, was die eigenen Sorgen oder Bedürfnisse anging.

Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Jetzt schauen wir, wie die Nachsorge verläuft und das Ergebnis im Endeffekt ausschaut!

Hermes was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The process began before I entered the country, with WhatsApp updates and information regarding my hotel, driver, and procedure.
Upon arrival to the clinic, Beko my translator was there each day to answer any and all questions I had (huuuuge shoutout to him). The transplant day was swift, with breaks in between and a lot of input from my end such as where I would like most of the density of the extracted hairs to be placed.
I really appreciated the post-operation care that they provide, with an easy-to-read post transplant guide for the next few weeks and one-year of additional assistance post transplant through a WhatsApp group. I would highly recommend getting information from this clinic if you are thinking of making a trip over.

The transplant process went very smooth from the arrival at the airport to the actual procedure and then the aftercare.

5.5 months later and my hair is really growing thicker than ever before. My new hairline looks completely natural and many people have said I look years younger.

I can absolutely say that I am more than satisfied with my result and I still have 7-8 more months of potential growth left.

I absolutely recommend hermest hair transplant to anybody considering them.

The whole operation and everything after have been smooth and excellent.

At first, I was told that it might only be possible to extract 2,500–3,000 grafts and that the result I wanted might not be achievable. They even gave me time to reconsider my decision, which I really appreciated. However, during the actual procedure, they were able to extract 5,100 grafts. This shows how honest they are about what you can realistically expect. You can be sure they will do everything they can to avoid a result you might be unhappy with.

I went through the operation on the 9th of July and it took about 9 hours.There wasn’t any pain at all but the doctors have told me that I have a high tolerance to pain. I do, but I am sure if they didn’t do such a great job it would hurt.

The doctors are professional and attentive. They made me feel safe and well cared for throughout the entire operation.

They keep providing help and support after the operation. I live in Malta so we keep in contact via WhatsApp. They answer any and every questions.

I found Hermest Hair Transplant when asking ChatGPT who had the best hair transplant in Turkey. Needless to say, I’m am incredible satisfied with the high level of care, cutting edge techniques.

They worked with me from start to finish with easy communication through WhatsApp when planning from abroad. They assisted me in booking flights, arranging rides and pre booking hotels.

When I arrived from NYC to Istanbul, Hermest greeted me on WhatsApp and directed me towards their driver, who took me to their high end pre paid hotel. The next morning, a driver picked me up and took me on a quick ride to the Clinique. Hermest assigned Aysegul there to greet me and shepherd me through the whole process. Her friendly calm manner, paired with the clean high end space immediately put me at ease. Instead of just handing me the paper work, as most medical practices do, she asked me questions and filled out all documentation and forms for me, which was allowed me relax and ask questions about the process and Clinique.

She then introduced the medical team to me going over all of their numerous qualifications, methods used and extraordinary success rate. Then she laid out my background and goals for the transplant, making it clear what I wanted to achieve. The team of doctors took a detailed map of my scalp and hairline before outlining the donor and reciprocal areas. I then changed into my scrubs and got a hair cut and wash in the opposite room. After which the team took a blood sample to make sure I was healthy and extract plasma to be used with the transplant to strengthen the grafts. The doctors gave me Novocain and double tested all areas to ensure my treatment was pain free. I was fully relaxed the entire time and The transplant flew by and Aysegul was there if I ever requested a break or had a question. Once I finished, she had a hot lunch ready for me outside was most welcomed.

The next day bandages were painlessly removed and I was given a hair wash/ clean and shown how it should be done once on my own. Afterwards Aysegul walked me through the healing process and after care kit for me to use. She kindly went as far to write the instructions on each medicine box for how often and when to take the supplements. The doctors then spoke to the quality of the procedure and provided a detailed write up for the work they performed. Additionally Hermest laid out follow up dates in the coming weeks / months to check in on successful growth of the grafts and healing of the donor area.

I am incredibly impressed by Hermest and will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues in NYC. Looking forward to sharing my success photos in the coming months.
