Am 08.11.25 flog ich zur Haartransplantation bei Hermest nach Istanbul. Ich würde am Flughafen abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Für mich war es spannend anzusehen, dass das mit dem Shuttleservice so super klappt. In einer ca. 1-stündigen Fahrt würde ich ins Hotel gebracht. Alle waren sehr nett und der Check-In funktionierte super. Im Laufe des Tages wurde mir mitgeteilt, wann ich zur Transplantation abgeholt werde. Die Nacht war leider etwas unruhig, weil die Klimaanlage nicht die Leiseste war...
Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich, nach dem Frühstück, abgeholt und zur Klinik gebracht. Auch hier wieder: alles super, nett und reibungslos! In der Klinik angekommen wurde ich herzlich begrüßt. Es wurde extra eine Dolmetscherin organisiert, die perfekt Deutsch konnte. Nach der Aufklärung und einiger Unterschriften ging's dann los. Ich kam in den Behandlungsraum, bekam einen OP-Kittel und dann wurde mir Blut abgenommen, meine Vitalparameter erhoben und danach die neue Haarlinie gezeichnet. Diese hat auf Anhieb gepasst!
Danach startete die Lokalanästhesie. Das Einspritzen hat etwas gezwickt, war aber für mich gut aushaltbar. Also das Anästhetikum gewirkt hat, begannen die zwei Herren, die meine Transplantation gemacht haben, mit der Entnahme der Grafts. Dies war dann schmerzfrei. Es wurden 4200 entnommen, danach gab es eine kleine Pause. Nach dieser wurden der vordere Teil des Kopfes eingespritzt und die Grafts implantiert. Ich glaube, es hat ungefähr 6 Stunden gedauert - tatsächlich verging die Zeit sehr schnell. Danach bekam ich einen Verband auf das Spendergebiet und etwas zu Essen. Das komplette Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit- danke hierfür. Ich wurde noch aufgeklärt und danach zurück ins Hotel gefahren. Die erste Nacht verlief weitgehenst schmerzfrei in leichter Oberkörperhochlage. Am Tag nach der OP würde ich vormittags abgeholt und zur ersten Waschung wieder in die Klinik gefahren. Dies verlief auch problemlos und alle waren erneut sehr nett! Dann würde ich zum Flughafen gebracht und flog wieder nach Hause. Die Nachsorge verlief bis jetzt komplikationslos. Auf Fragen wird immer prompt und kompetent reagiert.
Ich kann Hermest uneingeschränkt zu 100% empfehlen! Danke für die perfekte Behandlung und Betreuung!

Das Team ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Organisation (Flughafentransfer, Hotel, Taxi zur Klinik) hat sehr gut funktioniert. Mit der Nachbetreuung und dem Ergebnis des Eingriffs (mittlerweile 4 Monate her) bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden.

Super Kommunikation, gut organisiert und ein Top Team. Ich hatte vor 8 Tagen meine Transplantation. Nach nur einer Woche kann ich natürlich noch nichts über das Finale Ergebnis sagen, aber bisher bin ich voll zufrieden, wie alles aussieht und abgelaufen ist.

Vor 5 Tagen hatte ich meine OP und ich bin sehr zufrieden! Alles lief perfekt – von der Vorsorge über die Operation bis zur Nachsorge. Das Hotel war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team, besonders an Ayşegül, die mich während des gesamten Prozesses betreut hat. Meine Angst vor der Spritze war unbegründet – es war viel angenehmer als gedacht. Schon jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und freue mich darauf, wie sich alles in den kommenden Monaten weiterentwickelt. Ich kann die Klinik von Herzen jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

So far so good. Today is post procedure day 1. There has been very good communication from the clinic, drivers, and hotel since booking the procedure and throughout the process. I have had no issues with any of my questions being addressed. Transfer from the airport to hotel and back and forth from the clinic has been smooth and punctual. The clinic is very clean and the technicians seem quite comfortable with what they are doing. An interpreter is with you during the important times and checks in periodically throughout the procedure. Shout out to Ayesegul, for walking me through the process and explaining everything in clear English. If you are considering a transplant in Turkey, Hermest is certainly worth contacting.

J’ai fait ma greffe capillaire à la clinique Hermest à Istanbul du 4 au 6 novembre, et franchement tout s’est super bien passé ! Dès mon arrivée, tout était organisé : les 4 transferts (aéroport, hôtel, clinique) étaient pris en charge, ce qui m’a enlevé pas mal de stress.
L’hôtel était propre et confortable, parfait pour se reposer avant et après l’opération.

Un grand merci à Songul, la traductrice francophone, toujours dispo, gentille et très à l’écoute. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti accompagné du début à la fin.

Pendant l’intervention, le chirurgien est resté présent tout le long et à effectuer la quasi totalité de celle-ci, l’équipe était pro et rassurante. Franchement, la douleur était très légère, bien moins que ce que j’imaginais.

Je recommande la clinique Hermest à ceux qui veulent faire une greffe capillaire dans de super conditions et un vrai suivi.

My experience with Hermest Hair Clinic has been top notch from the very beginning all the way to the end. Altay was so patient with me from the very start with all my questions and concerns. He was always so professional and extremely friendly. At the clinic, Utku my translator, was great! He was so patient and explained what was happening every step of the way. He truly made me feel welcome, comfortable, and put my anxiety to rest. Everyone all the way has been so accommodating and supportive. I would highly recommend this clinic. UPDATE: Six month post surgery and my transplant area looks so good. I’m extremely satisfied with how my bald spot is no longer bald. Also, since leaving I’ve been cared for by Sedef. Sedef has given me step by step instructions and at times, calmed my nerves because I thought the patchy spots wouldn’t fill in. Sedef, also checks on me every month to see how I’m progressing. Once again, I highly recommend Hermest hair clinic.

Top Service das Hotel war sehr gut

They picked me up from the airport port. They used nice limo interior vans. The hotel was nice the food was also very good at the hotel. Hotel was nice as well. I chose to get exosomes. So next morning they picked me up and we did the exosomes which I was happy they did injection instead of mico needling like I did one time in the United States. My experience with exosomes was positive in the US but would have been far more effective with injection like this place does. The next day we did the procedure again they picked me up. They provided food and drinks which was really nice. I was there about 8 hours for a DHI so I was able to keep my existing hair (not have to shave it) the injections for numbing is painful but brief. Once the anesthesia kicked it i felt nothing. They were very skilled and knew exactly what they were doing. I was surprised how efficient they were which im sure came with experience. The experience is the main reason I was there. They had very clear instructions to maximize the effectiveness of the transplant. The next day we did a laser and wash and straight to the airport. The efficiency and persision of the whole process was amazing. Not going to lie the travel, time change, and procedure does take a toll on you but that will be no different anywhere and worth the quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and price of treatment if just cant compare anywhere else. I would do it the same way if I had to do it again and I would choose this place. Since I can tell almost every graft took. I had 3700 graphs and 1 fell out. All the rest of them I can clearly see took which is greater then 99% so extremely happy. I see them all growing even though i know most will fall out due to shock then regrow after that which is very normal part of the process. It was great to see they were all growing which means they were all survivors. The hair line looks amazing and dense as well. So im excited for what I can tell will be a new hairline with a thick head of hair. I look forward to update this review in a few months. Thank you Hermest and your team you were all amazing and apperciate the hard work you all did. You just not a customer there. The amount of care you get and after care you get is amazing and is far better then any care and after care iv ever had for any other procedure iv had in the United States.

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme via Whatsapp bis hin zur Betreuen nach der OP haben die Mitarbeiter mich rund um versorgt. Jede Frage und jede Sorge wurde ernst genommen und ausführlich beantwortet. In Istanbul haben sich die Mitarbeiter sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Es fühlt sich wie ein Urlaub mit zwischenzeitlicher Behandlung. Die Gespräche mit dem Arzt in Istanbul waren sehr professionell. The best center in Istanbul for hair transplant. Aysegul was for helping me from first second I entered the center. And after the procedure she explained everything thing to me in details about post surgery cautions.

I had my beard transplant done at Hermest Hair Clinic, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The whole team was super friendly, professional, and caring from start to finish. I always felt like I was in really good hands, both during the procedure and throughout the aftercare.

It’s now been about 5 months since my surgery, so I’m still in the healing phase, but I’m already really happy with the result. The growth so far looks great, and I can tell it’s only going to get better with time.

Kann ausschließlich Gutes berichten, von der anreise hin bis zum Tag der OP in der Klinik. Ich kann’s jedem nur herzlichst empfehlen! Von sehr sehr freundlichem Personal bis hin zum Verfahren mit wenig Schmerzen.
Man hat immer jemanden an der Seite der übersetzen kann, somit fühlt man sich auch nicht unwohl. Alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Und die Operation an sich war erstaunlicherweise schneller als ich erwartet hatte, vor drei Jahren war ich bei Elithair und wurde 7-8 Stunden operiert und hier keine 4 Stunden, bin auch jetzt nach guten 10 Tagen ziemlich zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis
Man kriegt genaue Anweisungen was man zu beachten hat, und wird nach der Behandlung sehr zufrieden sein.
Man braucht auch keine Angst zu haben und hat auch das Gefühl das die Leute ganz genau wissen was sie tun müssen. Riesen Lob an das Personal.

I had my hair transplant at Hermest Clinic in Istanbul on September 8th. The whole procedure took almost 8 hours, and about 4,000 grafts were transplanted.

From start to finish, the organization was outstanding. The airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and clinic arrangements made everything smooth and stress-free.

The operation itself was almost painless, though understandably long. What really impressed me was that I could personally adjust the hairline design and density before the procedure — a true individual approach that made me feel involved and confident.

After the surgery, the aftercare was exceptional. My recovery and the condition of the transplanted area were monitored daily via WhatsApp, and every question or concern I had was answered quickly and professionally. I never felt left alone during the process.

I first got in touch with Aysenur Karaman, who answered all my questions patiently and provided me with detailed and accurate information. She helped me with everything she could, and I felt truly supported throughout the whole process.

After our discussions, I planned my hair transplant for the end of September and flew from Hungary. Upon arrival, a private transfer (a 7-seater Mercedes) was waiting for me and took me directly to the hotel arranged by the clinic. The hotel was perfect in every way — comfortable and exactly what I needed.

The next day, I was picked up and taken to the clinic, where I was warmly welcomed. I was accompanied by Alph, a very kind and calm translator who explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease before and during the procedure. His presence was truly reassuring.

The operation went exactly as described, and afterward they even offered me dinner before driving me back to the hotel. The next day I went for a check-up, and then the transfer took me to the airport for my flight home.

Now, 14 days later, everything has gone just as they said, and I am fully satisfied with the results.
