My experience with Hermest was really impressive. I felt a bit apprehensive at first travelling by myself to get the procedure but was made to feel comfortable and looked after through my entire journey.

I felt in safe hands through every step, from the transfer to the airport to the translator at the clinic.

I can't knock the organisation and professionalism throughout and would recommend them to anyone who's is looking at getting a hair transplant.

I've done a lot of research prior and have been quite impressed with how the clinic has been perceived by public. Here I am, after my surgery, and I have to say - absolutely no regrets. These guys will look you after from start to finish and will answer any questions you may have. They were extremely supportive and caring, which made the whole experience in Turkey so much better.

Whilst it may be early days to say anything about the results, Im extremely happy with the work that has been done by the two gentleman and after observing thousands of pictures from other people who went through hair transplant surgery, I have to say that Hermest Clinic personnel are very experienced professionals who are very well aware of what they're doing and how to do it right.

Everything about my experience here was great. From the moment I landed, it was seamless. I had directions ahead of time (including a video), the transportation was comfortable, the hotel was nice, and the procedure went really smoothly.

What really stood out was having someone with me the whole time. Aysegul was my coordinator and she was wonderful. She was easy to talk to, explained everything really well, and just made the whole process more comfortable.

If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add some music in the rooms. I think most people would prefer listening to something over sitting in silence - that is, of course, if it would not be too distracting.

Overall, as an American who had never been to Turkey and didn’t know what to expect I am very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them!!

The entire process was incredibly straight-forward and stress-free. The team was in close contact with me before, during, and after the procedure, and their kind assistance with travel and accommodations was exceptional. The clinic itself is clean and modern, and the Senior Medical Director, Aysegul, was a fantastic guide throughout the experience. While I'm only five days post-procedure, I'm already thrilled with the results and highly recommend the Hermest team.

Ich habe meine Haartransplantation bei der Hermest Klinik machen lassen und bin mit dem gesamten Ablauf sehr zufrieden. I had my hair transplant six days ago at Hermest Hair Clinic Istanbul and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was organized. From the airport pickup to transportation to the hotel, as well as transfers to and from the clinic, everything ran smoothly. The hotel was excellent – a five-star Marriott – and the whole experience felt very professional.

The doctors were all very friendly, and there was a translator who helped with communication throughout the process. I also received plenty of information about aftercare, which gave me a lot of confidence.

The procedure itself went very well and was faster than I expected – I had anticipated it would take about two hours longer. The healing process so far has been going well, and although it’s too early to judge the final results, I’m excited to see the outcome in the months ahead.

Ich habe mich Aufgrund der positiven Rezession für die Hermest Klinik entschieden und habe nichts bereut. Man merkt das diese Klinik sehr professionell aufgestellt ist. Alle Fragen wurden sofort über WhatsApp beantwortet. Ich bin am Montag nach Istanbul geflogen und wurde vom Flughafen mit einem Luxustransfer an mein Hotel gebracht. Da ich am Abend dann noch Zeit hatte, konnte ich noch die Stadt erkunden. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich nach dem Frühstück um 07:30 abgeholt und zur Klinik gefahren. Dort angekommen wurde mir der ganze Ablauf erklärt, Blutabgenommen und die Bereiche wo die HT stattfinden soll angezeichnet. Die Betäubung der Kopfhaut spürt man, aber nach kurzer Zeit ist es völlig schmerzlos. Beim einpflanzen bin ich sogar kurz eingeschlafen. Die OP hat insgesamt 6h gedauert, war aber nicht so anstrengend wie gedacht. Immer wieder wurde nach dem Wohl gefragt und ob man was bräuchte. Nach der OP bekam man noch was zu essen und wurde anschliessend noch über alles aufgeklärt. Am nächsten Tag wurde dann noch der Verband abgenommen und es wurden die Haare gewaschen. Gleichzeitig erklären sie jeden Schritt ausführlich, damit man dies ohne Probleme daheim ausführen kann. Danach ging es mit dem Transfer zum Flughafen und ich konnte meine Rückreise antreten. Nach der OP hatte ich keinerlei Schmerzen. Der Spenderbereich kann ein wenig brennen was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Somit kann ich die Hermest Klinik zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüsse Manuel

Bei mir ist es jetzt 6 Monate her und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis meiner Haartransplantation. Auch das Drumherum hat alles gepasst. Von der Abholung Flughafen, Hotel und deutscher Übersetzer.

Wurde in ein schönes Hotel untergebracht. Der gesamte Aufentalt war sehr gut strukturiert und ich musste mich um nichts kümmern. Die Ärzte waren sehr freundlich und haben einen kompetenten Eindruck gemacht.

The entire process was very seemless. I decided on a whim to do this transplant after thinking about it for the last 5 years. I chose Hermest because of their quality work online and the great reviews I read on many platforms. Not to mention the results seem to speak for themselves.

I made arrangements, booked my flight, and was in Istanbul within 3 weeks for the procedure. As noted, everything was exactly as described in terms of transportation and procedural steps.

I am only 5 days out post-surgery but I am healing very well and I love my new hairline. All the staff was wonderful but special shout out to Buket, who worked with me prior to me coming to Istanbul and to Ayşegül who was by my side the entire time once I arrived at the facility. Ich hatte im April meine Transplantation und bin mit den Ergebnissen bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Organisation hat perfekt geklappt und die jeweiligen Kontaktpersonen waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Nachsorge wird regelmäßig durchgeführt.

Die OP selbst verlief sehr gut. Das einzigste was mich gestört hat war, dass ich erst auf Nachfrage informiert wurde, dass ich nicht in der im Internet benannten Klinik operiert werde sondern in der eigenen übernommenen Klinik von Opal.
Auch die Nachsorge war hervorragend: Es wurde sich Zeit genommen, der Heilungsverlauf wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und ich konnte mich jederzeit mit Fragen melden.
Ich fühle mich hier rundum bestens betreut und bin mit dem bisherigen Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

Hatte diese Woche die Behandlung bei Hermest.
Habe mich für Hermest durch die guten Rezensionen entschieden und das Premium Package mit Exosome Therapie gebucht. Alles im Vorfeld über Whatsapp geklärt, super easy und bei Fragen kam immer schnell eine Antwort. Am Donnerstag Abend bin ich in Istanbul gelandet und wurde sofort wurde ich von einem Luxus Taxi abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Das Hotel Selectum City liegt ca 45 min vom Zentrum der Stadt, Frühstück ist super und auch das Abendessn ist recht gut und normale Preise. Am Freitag wurde ich dann abgeholt für meine Exosome Therapie, in der Klinik angekommen wurde ich schon von einer netten Dame begrüsst und wir gingen die Formulare durch. Danach folgte die Blutabnahme und die Therapie. Anschliessen ging es wieder ins Hotel und am Nachmittag machte ich noch ne kleine City Tour. Am Samstag wurde ich um 07:40 Uhr abgeholt. In der Klinik angekommen wartete schon mein Übersetzer und wir gingen zur Doktorin um die Linie einzuzeichnen. Dann folgte die Rasur, Betäubung und das Entnehmen der Haare und das einpflanzen. Die Betäubung ist nicht ohne aber der Rest ist dann Schmerzfrei und habe auch jetzt 3 Tage danach noch keine Schmerzen. Nach ca. 6 Stunden war dann alles erledigt, ich bekam noch was zum Essen und eine Schulung auf was man Achten muss. Zudem habe ich auch noch das Shampoo + Serum gekauft. Am Samstag ging es dann noch zur ersten Wäsche und zurück nach Hause. Wie das Ergebniss dann aussehen wird kann ich leider nicht sagen aber bis jetzt war ich rundum zufrieden mit Hermest und werde sofern alles gut verläuft nächstes Jahr noch die Krone dort machen lassen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis meiner beiden Haartransplantationen bei der Hermest Hair Clinic. Es war die richtige Entscheidung.
Um meinen Spendebereich nicht zu beschädigen, wurden mir 2 Eingriffe empfohlen, mit einem Abstand von 12 Monaten. Zuerst der vordere Bereich und am April 2025 wurde der Hinterkopf aufgefüllt. Man sollte geduldig sein, aber das Ergebnis ist einfach toll.
Der ganze Ablauf war sehr gut, das ganze Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.🙏

It's been almost 2 weeks after surgery and regardless the normal initial discomfort and accommodations associated with the procedure and healing, my overall experience with Hermest Hair Clinic was great; everything was thought through : free three days of hotel accommodation, free transportation, friendly and thoughtful staff, free post-op medication. Communication and support are also their strength, personal translator throughout the surgery, detailed information throughout and continuous dedicated personnel with friendly reminders. Already recommended to family, friends and co-workers.

It’s only been a month since my transplant at Hermes Hair Clinic, so I’m still waiting for the full results, but the experience so far has been amazing. The team is professional, and their post-transplant support has been excellent. They check in regularly and answer all my questions. Highly recommended
