I am very satisfied with my hair transplant at Hermest Clinic.

It felt like a very personal experience, on the first day I was transported to the hotel and the staff there were polite.

Second day I was picked up in the afternoon to start the procedure. I was met with my translator who done an amazing job and was very kind and helpful. I met then with the doctors and medical team again there were very polite and caring. I wasn't able to get the full amount of grafts wanted due to me not having enough grafts in the donor area and they picked up on this which I was told previously in a consultation I had in the UK. In my opinion this shows their knowledge and honesty to point this out to avoid over harvesting and due to my age (23) I might need another one someday so I appreciate them for this. I told the translator and team I was nervous with needles and they made sure I was calm and all of them checked up on me throughout the process. At the end of the transplant the doctor and the team made sure they were all satisfied with the operation before allowing me to leave and the translator made sure I was aware of exactly what I needed to do for the post care.

Second day I went back in the morning to do the wash and laser therapy and again the morning team and the translator were very helpful and polite and made sure all my questions were answered.

I have also been contacted be the after care team who are always ready to answer my questions and give me information whenever needed. They check up on me to make sure the process is going well so this shows the clinic cares.

I can't thank everyone at Hermest who have worked with me enough as they were all very caring and kind to me and easy to talk to.

I am in the first week of the recovery stage and will provide updates when I progress over the next few months.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der luxus Transferservice sowie auch das Hotel waren super. Es ist alles reibungslos abgelaufen. Vom Fahrdienst bis hin zur Haartransplantation. Die Beratung durch die Dolmetscherin war super und hat einem die Angst vor der OP genommen. Alles in allem top. Vor allem wird hier medizinisch abgewägt, wie viele Grafts möglich sind ohne den Spenderbereich zu überfordern, anstatt leere Versprechungen zu machen, wie bei anderen Kliniken, die ich zuvor kontaktiert hatte.

After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Hermest Istanbul Clinic, and I’m very glad I did. From the very first chat, the support was excellent. The consultation and pre-surgery process with Erdem was clear and reassuring, and the post-operation care with Yanur has been outstanding as well.

I’m currently on day 10 after the surgery, and everything has been going great. Yanur and the team continue to check in, ask how I’m feeling, and are always available to answer my questions via chat, which really gives peace of mind.

All the staff were amazing, and the doctor was extremely professional, explaining every step, making sure I was comfortable, and taking great care throughout the entire procedure. A big thank you to the whole team, including the translator, who was also fantastic.

So, first I was a bit nervous and all but now, after work is done, I have to say it was a very positive experience with Hermest from start to finish. The whole process was extremely well organized and smooth. From the airport transfer to the hotel, the clinic visits, and the overall coordination, everything worked perfectly and took away a lot of stress.
The medical team was professional, calm, and made a very competent impression. They were also very nice and asked me regular regarding my well being. They took a lot of time to draw and talk about my hairline and my wishes. A special thank you goes to Burcu, who supported me throughout the entire stay, translated everything clearly, and was always available whenever I had questions. Her care and constant presence made me feel very safe and well looked after.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the way everything was handled. It is too early to write about the results but I am confident and now look forward to the next months. I will stay in contact with the clinic regarding aftercare. If I need another procedure in the future, I would definitely return, and I would also recommend Hermest Clinic. 🙂

Fantastic experience with the Hermest team! The entire process was seamless. Buket was my main point of contact for all the prep and logistics; she was incredibly thorough and made sure every medical concern I had was addressed before we even started.

I was accommodated in a very nice 5-star hotel. The shuttle service was excellent and provided in a beautiful car. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Dora, who supported me throughout the entire day and explained everything to me in detail.

After the administrative procedures were completed, we went to the second floor for the examination. There, my hairline was drawn. I was able to choose between a very straight hairline and a slightly curved, natural one. I chose the natural option. After that, everything was finalized and my head was shaved.

Then I received local anesthesia. This was a bit uncomfortable, but it was the only unpleasant part of the entire procedure. Everything else was completely painless and went by very quickly. The operation lasted about 4–5 hours, during which 4,500 grafts were transplanted. Dora was with me almost the entire time, explaining every step of the procedure.

After the operation, a bandage was applied to the donor area, and I was given some food. Dora also explained the aftercare in detail. Afterwards, I was taken back to the exclusive hotel by shuttle.

The next day, we were picked up again, the bandage was removed, and my head was washed. Everything was explained to me once more, and then we were taken to the airport.

The first 10 days were a bit challenging, as I had to sleep on my back with a neck pillow and my upper body elevated at about 45 degrees. Despite this, the recovery went very well.

I am very grateful for how smoothly everything went. I would especially like to thank Dora, who supported me perfectly on site and gave me a very reassuring feeling, as well as Alp, who supported me via WhatsApp during aftercare and immediately helped with any questions.

All in all, the experience was surprisingly easy, and I would do it again without hesitation. I can highly recommend Hermest and honestly don’t know what could have been done better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die Kommunikation zu Beginn verlief super und ohne Probleme.
Hotel mit Begleitung war kein Problem.
Es war ein permanenter shuttle Service zwischen Flughafen, Hotel und Klinik verfügbar, sehr pünktlich und ohne Überraschungen.
In der Klinik waren alle sehr freundlich, die Gespräche waren auch super.

Die Operation mit der DHI - Methode bei mir verlief problemlos und ohne Wartezeiten.
Schmerzen gab es sehr wenig. Das einzige was man etwas gemerkt hat waren die ersten betäubungen aber war ohne Probleme auszuhalten.

Die Entnahme und das einpflanzen der Haare hat man garnicht gemerkt.

Aus meiner Sicht wurde professionell gearbeitet.

Ungewöhnlich war das schlafen der ersten 10 Tage mit einem Nackenkissen bis die Kruste sich beim waschen gelöst hat.

Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden.

Von mir gibt es 4 Sterne, den 5 Stern würde ich vergeben wenn man das Gesamtergebnis sieht.

Ich hatte letzte Woche meine Transplantation. Der komplette Ablauf war perfekt organisiert. Zunächst die vorherige Beratung sowohl per WhatsApp als auch per Telefon. Vom Transfer vom Flughafen über das Hotel, die deutsche Betreuung in der Klinik und natürlich die Operation selbst, es hat alles super geklappt. Das komplette Personal ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Auch die Nachsorge ist sehr gut organisiert und steht immer für Fragen bereit. Bislang gibt es keinerlei Komplikationen und es läuft alles nach Plan.
Ich kann die Hermest Hair Clinic nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I had an excellent experience with my Sapphire FUE hair transplant surgery at Hermest Hair Clinic. From airport pickup to hotel accommodation and transfers to and from the clinic and airport, the communication was seamless and well organized. The transportation team did a great job. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, with easy access to food options and a supermarket. This made it easy to prepare before surgery and rest comfortably afterward.

My coordinator and advisor, Ms. Buket, was extremely thorough during the pre-evaluation process and patiently answered all my questions over the last 2 moths. This made me feel confident and comfortable even before arriving. She helped with planning and scheduling the surgery date. She continued to address my concerns right up until the night before surgery and was very professional & friendly.

On the day of the surgery, my translator, Mr. Alp, was present most of the time during the 4–5 hour procedure and guided me through the entire process. He clearly explained each key step, including the local anesthesia, donor area extraction, and graft transplantation. He did an outstanding job. After the surgery, he explained the cleaning process, bandage removal, and medications. Shout out to Mr.Alp!
The following day, the bandage was removed, and washing (slightly painful) and laser light therapy were provided. I was also given the option to purchase an aftercare package that included shampoo, serum, and multivitamins, which I believe is very important and highly recommend.I am currently on day 15 post-surgery, healing well, and receiving regular feedback from Mr.Alp and the aftercare team.

I’m looking forward to seeing my progress over the next 8–10 months. Appreciate the entire team for their efforts! I highly recommend Hermes Clinic!

My experience with Hermest Hair Clinic was very good overall and I would recommend the clinic to anybody who wants to get a hair transplant. I am 33 years old and moved 5000 grafts from the back and sides of my head to my front.
The operation itself was professionally done from start to finish. A doctor helped me decide where the new hair line should be and made the channels for where the grafs should be moved to. The actual extraction and move of the grafts were done by nurses. Alongside me, I had a translator who kept me informed of what was happening and why. The whole procedure took about six hours, and I felt very safe and comfortable from walking into the clinic, to the day after when I came in for a check up and wash. Everybody was very kind and thoughtful, and the atmosphere was very good.
After my procedure, I have had contact with Alp who has supported me through the healing process. Alp has been available whenever I have needed, and always responded competently and quickly, through WhatsApp with clear instructions.
The logistics of the trip were also handled well. The hotel is nothing special, but it is comfortable and has everything you need and good food. It is next to a mall but is far from sight seeing adventures. They hire drivers in big, comfortable vans who drive you to and from the clinic and airport without any hassle.
I looked around at many clinics but the good reviews for Hermest, along with its good prices, made me choose it, and I am very happy I did. I would make the same decision again and recommend it to anyone who is considering having a hair transplant.

I am very satisfied with my hair transplant. From the very first contact, I had the feeling that the consultation was honest and transparent. Nothing was promised just to close a deal – instead, the communication was realistic, open, and trustworthy, and at no point did I feel pressured.

Isil, who was my main contact person, supported me from the first message throughout the entire process. Even though I was certainly not the easiest client, she remained patient, highly committed, and always took the time to address my questions and concerns. I always felt taken seriously.

What stood out to me in particular was that Isil kept her word and, even though her primary role is customer acquisition, came to see me on the morning of the surgery just to check on me. Pour ma 3eme greffe de cheveux, j’ai choisi de changer de clinique pour hermest et quoi vous dire à part que je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix… J’ai vu une nette différence en terme d’accompagnement et de résultat ! Songul qui est en charge de mon suivi est juste extraordinaire, toujours à l’écoute, gentille et disponible… quant à l’équipe en charge de l’opération, ils ont été professionnels et on su me mettre à l’aise. I completed my hair transplant surgery last Thursday and have now returned to the UK. Looking back on the entire experience, if the full score were 100, there are many aspects I would happily rate 120.

From the very beginning — the consultation, treatment plan customization, and communication around all the arrangements — the clinic showed great respect for my opinions and took my personal situation into thorough consideration. This made me feel truly listened to and reassured.

What impressed me the most was the day of the surgery itself. At the clinic, I met Aysegul, who was originally there as a translator, but she went far beyond that role. She provided incredibly attentive care and genuine warmth throughout the process, often being more thoughtful and considerate than I could have been for myself. This kind of experience is rare and truly invaluable. Her professionalism and kindness greatly enhanced my trust in the entire procedure and made me feel comfortable at every stage. Because of her, I would confidently recommend this clinic whenever the topic of hair transplantation comes up.

As for the results, it is still a bit early to make a final judgment (as it has only been five days since the surgery). However, I am very optimistic and look forward to seeing the outcome. When the time comes, I will be more than happy to share my experience and results in detail.
