Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, meine Haartransplantation in Istanbul durchführen zu lassen und mich im Vorfeld ausführlich informiert. Dabei bin ich auf die Hermest-Haar-Klinik aufmerksam geworden.

Von der Ankunft am Flughafen über den Transfer zum Hotel bis hin zur Fahrt in die Klinik verlief alles reibungslos und professionell. Jeder Schritt war im Voraus klar organisiert, und ohne lange Wartezeiten wurde ich während der zwei Tage bestens betreut.

Insgesamt war es eine durchweg positive Erfahrung. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die ausführliche Beratung, bei der mir alle Möglichkeiten sowie der genaue Ablauf der Behandlung verständlich erklärt wurden.

Die Operation verlief ohne größere Schmerzen und sehr angenehm. Ich möchte mich herzlich bei dem gesamten Team bedanken und bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem bisherigen Verlauf. Nun freue ich mich auf das Ergebnis.

I recently had my hair transplant with Hermest clinic and found the experience very positive. The process was seamless throughout from airport transfers to clinic communications and set up with the hotel.
The clinic was simple and clean and the staff were very friendly and not pushy. I did appreciate the translators who kept me updated during each stage of the procedure and made me feel comfortable. The doctor performing the procedure was also friendly and constantly checked on how I was doing.
Post op has been good so far recovery is looking positive and the maintained communication with the clinic answering any questions and providing continued guided care has been great.

From start to finish, my experience with Hermest Hair Clinic was nothing short of incredible.

Leading up to the surgery, they answered every single question I had and made me feel completely comfortable and prepared. I never once felt alone in the process. On the day of the procedure, the team was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der Hermest Hair Clinic gemacht. Der gesamte Ablauf vom abholen am Flughafen zum Hotel, welches sehr toll war, bis hin zur OP, war alles sehr professionell. Ich wurde genau über den Ablauf aufgeklärt, die OP verlief reibungslos, es hat ca 7 Stunden gedauert danach gab's ein warmes Essen und es ging sofort zurück ins Hotel. Wenn die Haare jetzt wie gewünscht wachsen bin ich vollstens zufrieden.

Der gesamte Ablauf meiner Haartransplantation war hervorragend organisiert – von der Ankunft am Flughafen über die Behandlung in der Klinik bis hin zum Rücktransfer zum Flughafen.

In der Klinik habe ich mich zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und wirkte durchweg kompetent.

Während der OP hatte ich – abgesehen von den Anästhesie-Spritzen – kaum bis gar keine Schmerzen. Auf Fragen oder Anliegen während der Behandlung wurde sofort und sehr professionell eingegangen.

Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung für die Hermest Klinik und kann sie mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Haartransplantation bei Hermest Hair, Istanbul!

Ich habe meine Haartransplantation bei Hermest Hair in Istanbul durchführen lassen.
Meine Reise begann am 13.01.2026 und endete am 15.01.2026 – und ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung.

1. Betreuung & Organisation
Vom ersten Tag der Anmeldung an wurde ich von Hermest Hair hervorragend betreut. Ich konnte jederzeit Fragen stellen und hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner. Jedes Anliegen oder kleine Problem wurde sofort und professionell gelöst, was mir ein großes Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat.

2. Klinik & Mitarbeiter
Die Mitarbeiter in der Klinik waren durchweg sehr nett, höflich und professionell. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Dolmetscher, der während der gesamten Behandlung an meiner Seite war. Dadurch gab es keinerlei Sprachprobleme und alles wurde verständlich erklärt.

3. Hotel & Aufenthalt
Das Hotel ist ein durchschnittliches Hotel, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein üppiges Frühstück und eine große Speisekarte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist außerdem, dass die Zahlung im Hotel problemlos auch in Euro möglich ist, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert.

4. Eingriff / Behandlung
Der Eingriff dauerte insgesamt etwa 6 Stunden und verlief komplett schmerzfrei – abgesehen von den Betäubungsspritzen zu Beginn. Diese sind zwar etwas unangenehm, aber gut auszuhalten. Während der eigentlichen Behandlung spürt man absolut nichts. Für mich persönlich war der Eingriff nichts Besonderes oder Belastendes. Ich war zwischendurch sogar etwas verschlafen und konnte mich gut entspannen. Das ist meine persönliche Erfahrung, aber für mich lief alles sehr angenehm ab.

Fazit:
Zum Endergebnis kann ich aktuell natürlich noch nichts Genaues sagen, da der Eingriff erst ein paar Tage her ist. Wie das endgültige Resultat aussehen wird, zeigt sich erst in den kommenden Monaten. Stand jetzt bin ich jedoch mit dem gesamten Ablauf, der Organisation und der Betreuung sehr zufrieden und bereue meine Entscheidung keineswegs.

Gute Klinik, vom Transfer zum Hotel bis zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Alles gut organisiert und man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner. Die Operation war auch sehr professionell und das Personal sehr. freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

I had a really good experience with Hermest. Everything was well organized and all my questions during the process were answered. Communication (german and english) before and after as well on-site is very smooth. The procedure itself took around 6 hours and was besides the anesthesia pain-free. I am currently at day 8 and the result so far looks really promising (before shedding). I am really looking forward to the next 8 to 12 months to see the full result.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich war im November bei der Hermest Klinik zur Haartransplantation und bin insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Dolmetscher: Alle Dolmetscher waren super – freundlich, kompetent und sozial total angenehm. Immer erreichbar, super lieb und haben ein positives Gefühl vermittelt.
Hotel: Hotel top – sauber, komfortabel, Transfer zur Klinik (ca. 30 Min.) hat perfekt funktioniert. Besonders angenehm: Man kann dort die ganze Nacht noch etwas essen – das war nach der OP wirklich Gold wert, da der Schlafrhythmus durcheinander ist. Wellnessbereich natürlich nur vor der OP nutzbar – also vielleicht etwas früher einchecken 😉.
VIP-Transfer-Service: Sehr luxuriös und bequem. Nach der OP war der große Bus optimal, super komfortabel.
Operationsteam: Hervorragend! Professionell, eingespielt und freundlich. Der vorsichtige Rat des Arztes, die Haare komplett zu rasieren, war rückblickend nicht unbedingt nötig – die Krustenheilung klappt auch mit etwas längeren Haaren.
Zur OP selbst: Ich bin selbst Arzt und war total entspannt. Die Betäubungsspritzen tun zwar kurz (3 Min.) richtig weh, aber das war’s auch schon. Würde keinesfalls eine Narkose oder Propofol empfehlen – unnötig.
Social-Media-Team: Ich wurde begleitet und unterstützt, alles völlig angenehm – sogar ganz witzig.
Nachsorge: Wirklich sehr fürsorglich, mit super schnellen und kompetenten Antworten. Mega flexibel und immer erreichbar – das gibt ein gutes Gefühl.
Fazit: Rundum positives Erlebnis! Organisation, Betreuung und Ergebnis top. Absolute Empfehlung!

Vorab, ich bin mit allem rundum sehr zufrieden.

Der erste Kontakt war äußerst angenehm, persönlich und individuell. Mir wurde nichts „verkauft“, sondern ich hatte von Anfang an ein sehr gutes Bauchgefühl bei Hermest – vielen Dank an Bahar an dieser Stelle.

Vor Ort wurde dieser positive Eindruck voll und ganz bestätigt. Ich wurde jederzeit klar und zuverlässig darüber informiert, wohin ich kommen soll und wie die nächsten Schritte aussehen. Vom Flughafen wurde ich abgeholt und in ein schönes Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Tag fand bereits die OP statt.

Vor der Operation wurde ich sehr ausführlich aufgeklärt. Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um meine Hairline gemeinsam zu planen und aufzuzeichnen. Nach allen Vorbesprechungen wurde ich dann operiert. Die gesamte Behandlung – Entnahme und Einpflanzung – dauerte etwa 6 Stunden.
Ich wurde mit der DHI-Methode behandelt, es wurden 3700 Grafts entnommen und eingesetzt.

Die Operation selbst habe ich kaum gespürt. Lediglich die Anästhesiespritzen waren etwas schmerzhaft, aber absolut erträglich. Die Ärzte und Arzthelfer waren durchweg sehr freundlich, professionell und wirkten bestens geschult.

Am Tag nach der OP erfolgte die erste Haarwäsche. Außerdem bekam ich alle notwendigen Medikamente sowie Pflegeprodukte erklärt und mitgegeben. Die Nachbetreuung läuft ebenfalls hervorragend. Jetzt, 5 Tage nach der OP, sieht alles genauso aus, wie es sollte. Das endgültige Ergebnis wird zwar noch einige Monate dauern, aber ich werde dann erneut berichten.

Zusammenfassend:
Alles war perfekt und wunderbar, ein professionelles Team, durchgehend sehr gute Betreuung und alle Fragen wurden jederzeit beantwortet. Ich würde Hermest jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Great experience at Hermest. Very clean clinic, great staff and plenty of contact both before and after the operation. Alp and Elif were my contacts and Ayse acted as my translator at the clinic. Very satisfied so far, excited to see the end results.

It felt like a very personal experience, on the first day I was transported to the hotel and the staff there were polite.

Second day I was picked up in the afternoon to start the procedure. I was met with my translator who done an amazing job and was very kind and helpful. I met then with the doctors and medical team again there were very polite and caring. I wasn't able to get the full amount of grafts wanted due to me not having enough grafts in the donor area and they picked up on this which I was told previously in a consultation I had in the UK. In my opinion this shows their knowledge and honesty to point this out to avoid over harvesting and due to my age (23) I might need another one someday so I appreciate them for this. I told the translator and team I was nervous with needles and they made sure I was calm and all of them checked up on me throughout the process. At the end of the transplant the doctor and the team made sure they were all satisfied with the operation before allowing me to leave and the translator made sure I was aware of exactly what I needed to do for the post care.

Second day I went back in the morning to do the wash and laser therapy and again the morning team and the translator were very helpful and polite and made sure all my questions were answered.

I have also been contacted be the after care team who are always ready to answer my questions and give me information whenever needed. They check up on me to make sure the process is going well so this shows the clinic cares.

I can't thank everyone at Hermest who have worked with me enough as they were all very caring and kind to me and easy to talk to.

I am in the first week of the recovery stage and will provide updates when I progress over the next few months.

After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Hermest Istanbul Clinic, and I’m very glad I did. From the very first chat, the support was excellent. The consultation and pre-surgery process with Erdem was clear and reassuring, and the post-operation care with Yanur has been outstanding as well.

I’m currently on day 10 after the surgery, and everything has been going great. Yanur and the team continue to check in, ask how I’m feeling, and are always available to answer my questions via chat, which really gives peace of mind.

All the staff were amazing, and the doctor was extremely professional, explaining every step, making sure I was comfortable, and taking great care throughout the entire procedure. A big thank you to the whole team, including the translator, who was also fantastic.

So, first I was a bit nervous and all but now, after work is done, I have to say it was a very positive experience with Hermest from start to finish. The whole process was extremely well organized and smooth. From the airport transfer to the hotel, the clinic visits, and the overall coordination, everything worked perfectly and took away a lot of stress.
The medical team was professional, calm, and made a very competent impression. They were also very nice and asked me regular regarding my well being. They took a lot of time to draw and talk about my hairline and my wishes. A special thank you goes to Burcu, who supported me throughout the entire stay, translated everything clearly, and was always available whenever I had questions. Her care and constant presence made me feel very safe and well looked after.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the way everything was handled. It is too early to write about the results but I am confident and now look forward to the next months. I will stay in contact with the clinic regarding aftercare. If I need another procedure in the future, I would definitely return, and I would also recommend Hermest Clinic. 🙂
