I found Hermest Hair Transplant when asking ChatGPT who had the best hair transplant in Turkey. Needless to say, I’m am incredible satisfied with the high level of care, cutting edge techniques.

They worked with me from start to finish with easy communication through WhatsApp when planning from abroad. They assisted me in booking flights, arranging rides and pre booking hotels.

When I arrived from NYC to Istanbul, Hermest greeted me on WhatsApp and directed me towards their driver, who took me to their high end pre paid hotel. The next morning, a driver picked me up and took me on a quick ride to the Clinique. Hermest assigned Aysegul there to greet me and shepherd me through the whole process. Her friendly calm manner, paired with the clean high end space immediately put me at ease. Instead of just handing me the paper work, as most medical practices do, she asked me questions and filled out all documentation and forms for me, which was allowed me relax and ask questions about the process and Clinique.

She then introduced the medical team to me going over all of their numerous qualifications, methods used and extraordinary success rate. Then she laid out my background and goals for the transplant, making it clear what I wanted to achieve. The team of doctors took a detailed map of my scalp and hairline before outlining the donor and reciprocal areas. I then changed into my scrubs and got a hair cut and wash in the opposite room. After which the team took a blood sample to make sure I was healthy and extract plasma to be used with the transplant to strengthen the grafts. The doctors gave me Novocain and double tested all areas to ensure my treatment was pain free. I was fully relaxed the entire time and The transplant flew by and Aysegul was there if I ever requested a break or had a question. Once I finished, she had a hot lunch ready for me outside was most welcomed.

The next day bandages were painlessly removed and I was given a hair wash/ clean and shown how it should be done once on my own. Afterwards Aysegul walked me through the healing process and after care kit for me to use. She kindly went as far to write the instructions on each medicine box for how often and when to take the supplements. The doctors then spoke to the quality of the procedure and provided a detailed write up for the work they performed. Additionally Hermest laid out follow up dates in the coming weeks / months to check in on successful growth of the grafts and healing of the donor area.

I am incredibly impressed by Hermest and will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues in NYC. Looking forward to sharing my success photos in the coming months.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Hermest Hair Clinic. From the moment I started consulting with them to the entire process of traveling to Turkey, undergoing the procedure, and returning home, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The airport pickup, clinic visit, hotel accommodation, operation, and ongoing support were all exceptional. The staff was incredibly supportive, and the service was truly outstanding.

Even after the procedure, the follow-up and guidance have been amazing. I had the DHI technique (without shaving the entire head), and the results so far have been very promising. I strongly recommend Hermest to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Very professional service. I was very well looked after from the moment that I was picked up from the airport.
The procedure was done in about 4 hours and then brought back to a very nice hotel to recover.
It’s now 4 months after the procedure and hair is growing in the transplant area and is coming along nicely.
Since the procedure I have been in contact with Sedef who has been excellent in providing answers and advice to all of my questions during that period.
I would definitely recommend Hermest. They were good value, very nice to deal with and the results so far are exactly what I was looking for.

I recently had a hair transplant at Hermest Clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far.

From the very first contact, everything was easy and straightforward. Communication was clear and professional, which gave me confidence right away. When I arrived in Turkey, a driver was already waiting to pick me up from my hotel. That small touch made a big difference and made me feel comfortable and cared for from the beginning.

The hotel they provided for me was a 5-star hotel with a clean, spacious room and breakfast included. I’ve been to Turkey twice before and stayed in different hotels, but this was by far the best one I’ve stayed in. It really added to the overall comfort of the trip and showed that they care about every detail.

My first impression of the clinic was excellent. It’s a clean, modern, and welcoming place. I immediately felt at ease, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and happy to help.
One of the highlights of my experience was having my own translator and personal assistant throughout the process. Mehmet (the big guy 😄) was by my side the whole time and truly went above and beyond. He was very caring and attentive, constantly checking to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable. He brought me food twice, stayed several hours past his shift just to look after me, and clearly explained every step so I always knew what was going on. Thanks to him, I felt safe, relaxed, and well supported throughout the whole process.

The entire team, including the doctor, was lovely, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell they are passionate about their work and really care about their patients’ comfort and satisfaction.

I had my hair transplant done at Hermest Hair Clinic in Turkey in February 2024. It’s been more than a year since the procedure, and I’m seeing great results.

Their customer service has been very professional. They took care of absolutely everything, from picking me up at the airport, arranging the hotel, getting me to and from the clinic, everything was super smooth and well-organized.

The procedure itself was handled very professionally, and the post-op follow up has honestly exceeded my expectations. They’ve been in touch regularly, giving clear instructions and support every step of the way.

I had my operation yesterday. I will add to my review once I’m further along my recovery. Everything from the consultation to the operation itself went very smoothly. Aysegul was by my side throughout the process. She was very attentive, professional, and made sure I was informed about what was going on throughout the process. Nur patiently answered all of my questions during consultation and made the booking process very easy. She was always supportive and compassionate when communicating with me. The hotel transport and the hotel they booked all worked out great though the hotel room wasn’t a non-smoking room so it has strong cigarette odder. I don’t smoke nor should anyone who is recovering from a procedure. Other than that, it all went well.

The whole hair transplant process was seamless and ran like clockwork. The staff were professional, informative and friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough!!! Well done Hermest.

Hermest is an amazing hair transplant place. They have been very supportive in the process. Their post op care is also amazing. I do recommend also buying the shampoo and serum they have for the after care. I have also gone a second time and had a supportive crew looking after me. Aysegul met me at the beginning and then took care of me throughout the whole procedure. I can't recommend this place enough and also her as a personal follower.

Grateful for the team at Hermest. I am generally anxious about any medical procedures, but everything ran smoothly. Translator Utku was friendly and patient, addressed all my questions, and helped lighten the mood to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. Nach gut 1 1/2 Monaten nach dem Eingriff kann ich kann ich kein schlechtes Wort verlieren.

From start to finish my experience was first class. I was nervous before the procedure, but the staff and more specifically Aysegul were excellent. They let me play my style of music in the procedure room to calm my nerves and were very kind to me throughout. I’m looking forward to the end results!

Die Beratung im Vorfeld (Bahar) war super- hat mir jede Frage schnell beantwortet und war ein Punkt, weshalb ich mich für Hermest entschieden habe.

Feb 2024: Day One but so far so good. I’m from the US and so the communication started on What’s App, but I felt very comfortable speaking with them and starting the consultation there. The doctor was involved from the start requesting some labs early on to ensure that we would be able to achieve the optimal result. Pick up was a bit slow but I arrived at rush hour so it was ok. It was quite clear where to meet up, I just needed to wait for him to get through the traffic. I came in a day earlier and toured Istanbul. So I booked an additional night room. The clinic made sure I didn’t need to change rooms, which was very thoughtful. The procedure was very professional. Injecting the local was painful but it was very short and then after that it was completely painless. The doctor was there are the start to consult with. There were multiple technicians to perform the procedure and the doctor would check in. They explained every very clearly as the nurse/advisor was there to walk me through everything. The next day I came back for my first hair wash and now I just need to follow the instructions and wait for my hair to grow back! Overall at this stage I am very impressed and happy with the service I received and happy I chose Hermest.

Day 1 - I flew back to UK from Turkey as my trip was from US to UK then to Turkey back to UK then to US. Very little pain but some dull soreness related to the swelling that will happen after any procedure. I took on one acetaminophen that morning and was fine. for the day

Night 1 and Night 2. I brought 2 doses of Nyquil for with me. This is used when you have cold symptoms and includes and antihistamine to help you sleep better. Nyquil also has acetaminophen and not asprin. So I took that the first two nights and it helped me sleep a full 8 hours both nights. It takes some getting used to sleeping with the neck pillow but the Nyquil definately helped.

Day 2 - Flew back from UK to US. 8 hour flight, was fine. some swelling when I landed, but I didn't need any pain medication that day.

Day 3 Back in the US and slept in my own bed, but my wife had to leave due to all the snoring from being on my back and some swelling (Sorry honey!) - No pain, still some swelling, both the donor and receipent sites look good. Some itchiness here and there but I'm disciplined enough not to scratch it. I didn't fly over 10k miles to mess it up because of an itch. No scabs falling off yet but most of the betadine (iodine) has now washed off. I'll update arount day 7 or 10.

Update: May 2025

It’s now over a year and I couldn’t be happier. Hair is thick. I got compliments all the time when I show people the before and after they’re shocked as they didn’t realize how much I was losing I routinely still use minoxidil for the crown To manage anything there which wasn’t transplanted, but I don’t need to do much for the transplanted area. It got nice and thick in fact it’s thicker than the rest of the hair in my head. I’m so happy I went to Hermest and recommend them to everyone
