Saç ekimi yaptırmayı son birkaç yılda ciddi şekilde düşünmeye başlamıştım ve bu konuda endişelerim vardı. Tanıdığım birkaç kişiden dolayı Hermest'i duymuştum ve onlarda iyi sonuç verdiğinden burayı tercih ettim. Vom ersten Kontakt über die Organisation bis hin zur Operation war alles sehr ehrlich und professionell. Keine Versprechen der Anzahl Grafts im voraus was die Sache seriös macht. Wenn die Nachbetreuung nun auch gut funktioniert und das Resultat in einigen Monaten dann auch gut ist bin ich vollends zufrieden.

Zwar hatte ich erst vor ein paar Tagen die Behandlung, daher sehe ich noch keine endgültigen Ergebnisse, aber ich bin zuversichtlich und würde die Klinik weiterempfehlen.
Ich war im Selectum City Atasehir Hotel in Istanbul. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, und die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe. Da ich jedoch nur zwei Tage vor Ort war, hatte ich leider keine Zeit, den Pool, das Spa und das Fitnessstudio zu nutzen, daher kann ich dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meiner Haartransplantation! Alles lief reibungslos und professionell ab. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hat sich jederzeit bestens um mich gekümmert. Die Betreuung vor, während und nach dem Eingriff war einfach top - ich habe mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Their staff was exceptionally attentive throughout the whole process, from coordinating my arrival in Istanbul, through the procedure itself, all the way to providing support and follow up in the months after the procedure. After just two months, I can already see great results in the transplant area and near full recovery of the donor area.

Saç ekimi için bir sürü araştırma yaptım ve arkadaşlarımın referansıyla beraber Hermest'i tercih ettim. Şu an 3. haftaya yaklaşırken ne kadar doğru bir tercih yaptığımı rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Çalışanların hepsinin güler yüzlülüğü, gösterdikleri ilgi ve bütün operasyon boyunca sizle eksiksiz bir şekilde ilgilenmesi (özellikle Dora bey) müthiş. Ayrıca işlem sonrası herhangi bir soru ve 7/24 iletişimde kalabilmek inanılmaz bir artı. Sedef hanım sağ olsun her soruma anında yanıt veriyor ve doktorlarla iletişim sağlıyor. Kesinlikle rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz!

From start to finish, my experience with Hermest Hair Clinic was nothing short of incredible.

Leading up to the surgery, they answered every single question I had and made me feel completely comfortable and prepared. I never once felt alone in the process. On the day of the procedure, the team was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

What really separates Hermest from anywhere else is the post-surgery support. The recovery guidance has been amazing. They continue to check in, answer my questions (no matter what time of day), and make sure I’m progressing properly.

I especially want to thank Alp, who has been assisting me throughout recovery. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He makes you feel like he’s right there with you every step of the way. That level of care and professionalism is rare.

Hermes macht auf mich einen sehr professionellen Eindruck und ich bin von allem, was ich bisher erlebt habe sehr zufrieden. Folgendes möchte ich gerne beschreiben, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat:
- Ab meinem ersten Kontakt hat mich eine Vertriebskollegin sehr gut und sehr schnell über WhatsApp betreut. Ich musste nie warten, meine Fragen wurden sehr umfangreich und geduldig beantwortet, auch wenn ich mehrmals das gleiche gefragt habe. Ich wurde nie gedrängt oder unangenehm behandelt. Auch bei der Anzahlung, was aufgrund der Überweisung in die Türkei nicht einfach ist, wurde mich sehr gut geholfen.
- Das Hotel und die Fahrer waren super. Ich bin vor allem sehr angetan, dass die Fahrer immer super pünktlich waren. Ich wurde über alle Abfahrten und die gesamte Fahrtorganisation immer rechtzeitig informiert.
- In der Klink, die einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht hat, hat sich ein Übersetzer (Asil) sehr sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Er war immer zur Stelle vor, während und nach der Operation, sehr schnell und geduldig.
- Die gesamte Operation verlief sehr professionell und das Team hat einen guten Eindruck auf mich gemacht
- Ein sehr gutes Gefühl hat mir auch gegeben, dass immer Ärzte zugegen waren, die immer noch einmal extra auf meine Wunden oder bei Fragen des Personals sofort zur Stelle waren.
- Aktuell läuft die Nachsorge über Whatsapp, was im gleichen positiven Verlauf bisher weitergeht. Hier kümmert sich Ozkan zu allen Zeiten und allen Tagen der Woche um mich sehr gut!.
Wenn es so bleibt kann ich nur eine 1+ als Schulnote geben.

Der gesamte Ablauf meiner Haartransplantation war hervorragend organisiert – von der Ankunft am Flughafen über die Behandlung in der Klinik bis hin zum Rücktransfer zum Flughafen.

In der Klinik habe ich mich zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und wirkte durchweg kompetent.

Während der OP hatte ich – abgesehen von den Anästhesie-Spritzen – kaum bis gar keine Schmerzen. Auf Fragen oder Anliegen während der Behandlung wurde sofort und sehr professionell eingegangen.

Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung für die Hermest Klinik und kann sie mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich war im November bei der Hermest Klinik zur Haartransplantation und bin insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Dolmetscher: Alle Dolmetscher waren super – freundlich, kompetent und sozial total angenehm. Immer erreichbar, super lieb und haben ein positives Gefühl vermittelt.
Hotel: Hotel top – sauber, komfortabel, Transfer zur Klinik (ca. 30 Min.) hat perfekt funktioniert. Besonders angenehm: Man kann dort die ganze Nacht noch etwas essen – das war nach der OP wirklich Gold wert, da der Schlafrhythmus durcheinander ist. Wellnessbereich natürlich nur vor der OP nutzbar – also vielleicht etwas früher einchecken 😉.
VIP-Transfer-Service: Sehr luxuriös und bequem. Nach der OP war der große Bus optimal, super komfortabel.
Operationsteam: Hervorragend! Professionell, eingespielt und freundlich. Der vorsichtige Rat des Arztes, die Haare komplett zu rasieren, war rückblickend nicht unbedingt nötig – die Krustenheilung klappt auch mit etwas längeren Haaren.
Zur OP selbst: Ich bin selbst Arzt und war total entspannt. Die Betäubungsspritzen tun zwar kurz (3 Min.) richtig weh, aber das war’s auch schon. Würde keinesfalls eine Narkose oder Propofol empfehlen – unnötig.
Social-Media-Team: Ich wurde begleitet und unterstützt, alles völlig angenehm – sogar ganz witzig.
Nachsorge: Wirklich sehr fürsorglich, mit super schnellen und kompetenten Antworten. Mega flexibel und immer erreichbar – das gibt ein gutes Gefühl.
Fazit: Rundum positives Erlebnis! Organisation, Betreuung und Ergebnis top. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr kompetent, alles sehr modern und neu, das gefällt mir. Klinikteam vermittelt einen sehr professionellen Eindruck. After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Hermest Istanbul Clinic, and I’m very glad I did. From the very first chat, the support was excellent. The consultation and pre-surgery process with Erdem was clear and reassuring, and the post-operation care with Yanur has been outstanding as well.

I’m currently on day 10 after the surgery, and everything has been going great. Yanur and the team continue to check in, ask how I’m feeling, and are always available to answer my questions via chat, which really gives peace of mind.

All the staff were amazing, and the doctor was extremely professional, explaining every step, making sure I was comfortable, and taking great care throughout the entire procedure. A big thank you to the whole team, including the translator, who was also fantastic.

So, first I was a bit nervous and all but now, after work is done, I have to say it was a very positive experience with Hermest from start to finish. The whole process was extremely well organized and smooth. From the airport transfer to the hotel, the clinic visits, and the overall coordination, everything worked perfectly and took away a lot of stress.
The medical team was professional, calm, and made a very competent impression. They were also very nice and asked me regular regarding my well being. They took a lot of time to draw and talk about my hairline and my wishes. A special thank you goes to Burcu, who supported me throughout the entire stay, translated everything clearly, and was always available whenever I had questions. Her care and constant presence made me feel very safe and well looked after.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the way everything was handled. It is too early to write about the results but I am confident and now look forward to the next months. I will stay in contact with the clinic regarding aftercare. If I need another procedure in the future, I would definitely return, and I would also recommend Hermest Clinic. 🙂

Thad DHI surgery and Hermest has impressed me plenty. Great staff that communicates and answers any questions you'll have before, during, or after the entire process which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Has been 18 days but so far the transplant appears to be good. Overall a very good experience with amazing staff and communicators.
